The Founder and Managing Principal of The Stoneridge Group (SRG), Jay Williams has spent 15 years encouraging clients to embrace innovative thinking, creative branding, and disciplined targeting techniques.

Jay has served premiere officeholders and candidates on every level, from President to Governor to Congress to State House. Even County Coroner.

Under his creative and strategic direction, SRG has set the standard for excellence in political communications. With an innovative approach to clients, adherence to proper design principles, and passionate belief in doing work the right way, Jay has helped over 80% of his clients claim victory on Election Day.

Named a “Rising Star” by Campaigns & Elections Magazine in 2004, Jay was recently named to Campaigns & Elections inaugural “Influencer 500” list of the nation’s top campaign operatives.

Raised in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, Jay enjoys playing hockey and following the Seattle Seahawks. Jay and his lovely wife Lindsey are the over-caffeinated parents of toddlers Knox and Nora.

Trip Radtke is a proven voter contact expert, whose strategic consultation has helped elect conservatives at all levels of government.  As Principal, Trip guides the Stoneridge Group (SRG) in the areas of franked mail, advocacy groups, and statewide races.

Trip joined the SRG in 2003 after serving on the legislative staffs of Congressman Paul Ryan and Mike Pence. Trip’s unique background in policy, speech-writing, and research make him a valuable member of our clients’ campaign teams.

In 2010, Trip played an important role in the election of Georgia Governor Nathan Deal, helping drive the campaign’s direct mail strategy and message.

Trip and his family live in Suwanee, Georgia.

With more than 16 years of experience working on political campaigns, Michael’s advice is aggressive, straightforward, and direct—resulting in a unique standard for political messaging. At the Stoneridge Group, Michael has worked with numerous state parties, as well as federal and state candidates.

Michael has also worked for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where he recruited candidates and served as a Regional Political Director, and the Republican Party of Kentucky, where he served as the Executive Director. He also spent many years in the trenches of political campaigns, managing highly competitive gubernatorial and congressional campaigns and advising hundreds of candidates in over 20 states. Michael also logged time at the highly respected Washington, DC-based polling firm, Voter/Consumer Research.

Michael and his wife, Beth, live in Louisville, Kentucky, where he spends his time chasing around his two kids, Madeline and Charlie.

Kyle has spent over 13 years delivering successful results for top-level campaigns in some of the most competitive environments—including governors, members of congress, the National Party Committees, State Republican Parties, and state and locally elected officials all over the country.

Having recently served as Campaign Manager for the successful re-election of Michigan Governor Rick Snyder in one of 2014’s toughest campaigns, Kyle also managed the winning gubernatorial campaign of Mike Pence for Indiana in 2012, and served as Executive Director of the Indiana Republican Party. He also served the National Republican Congressional Committee as the Midwest Field Representative and managed congressional races in Missouri and Kansas.

Kyle and his wife Mary live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with their two kids, Nolan and Ella.

Nathanael Yellis

Vice President of Accounts and Client Strategy

Nathanael joined the Stoneridge Group after spending 5 years overseeing development of the data and digital advertising programs at Heritage Action for America, the political group affiliated with The Heritage Foundation.

While there, Nathanael implemented the use of issue specific voter data and state-of-the-art software programs to power Heritage Action’s issue advocacy and fundraising campaigns. During his time at Heritage Action, Nathanael built the email list from 0 to over 500,000 subscribers.

As Vice President of Accounts and Client Strategy, Nathanael uses his expertise in voter-targeted digital campaigns to lead SRG clients through an increasingly competitive digital ad space.

Nathanael and his wife Rebekah live in Johns Creek with their two children, Rosie and Edward.

Director of Strategy and Messaging

A seasoned political operative who brings a decade of campaign and Capitol Hill experience to the Stoneridge Group, Josh has been involved in every aspect of campaigns—from management to messaging to grassroots—and has helped lead them to victory throughout the country.

Prior to joining the Stoneridge Group, Josh got his start as a Field Director for Congressman Ric Keller’s initial campaign. He then worked in the Congressman’s Washington office before returning to Florida to successfully manage his reelection campaign. He most recently led voter contact efforts for the North Carolina and Mississippi Republican takeovers of their respective House of Representatives, and assisted in Philip Gunn’s successful campaign for Speaker of the Mississippi House.

When he’s not running winning campaigns, Josh enjoys spending time with his fiancé Ann, their two kittens and 125-pound dog in Atlanta’s Virginia Highlands. Together they love exploring the city’s food and live music, and watching Florida Gator football.
